Senior Graphic Designer

Heart to Heart Consulting is looking for a creative senior graphic designer specializing in presentation/report design and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design with purpose—understand the content of presentations and utilize best design practices to create layouts for optimal viewing
• Design customized proposal documents and pitching presentations that actually sell
• Design final reports delivered to clients
• Apply brand identity to stationary, giveaways, and internal branding elements
• Create Microsoft PowerPoint & Word templates & decks to be easily utilized by all internal team members
• Excel at using creative, simple, and modernized PowerPoint animations
• Consult on the visual story and flow of content to create engaging presentations
• Create data visualizations that are clear and easy to understand
• Re-design PowerPoints within our brand guidelines
• Design custom graphics, from icons to isometric illustrations
• Oversee and direct the overall visual strategy both online and offline
• Re-design diagrams, charts, and tables used in presentations and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 6+ years of creative design experience
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Meticulous attention to detail & excellent time management skills
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography
• Ability to quickly digest and follow directions
• High level of English and Arabic written proficiency
• Video Graphic Illustrations and motions are a huge plus
• Any familiarity with HR & Management fields is preferable
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with creativity
