We have worked with organizations for 23+ years and assessed more than 60,000 candidates.

We run individual and group assessment centers, development centers and psychometric assessment held to the highest standards of reliability and validity, and we have assessed more than 60,000 candidates. Every development intervention we deliver, whether leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning or culture transformation, begins with a realistic human capital diagnostic rather than an assumption. We measure before we recommend.

Yes. Alongside Egypt we serve organizations across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Algeria, Iraq, Libya and the wider GCC and MENA region. Engagements are delivered on your premises, fully online, or as a hybrid of both, and we work in English, Arabic and French.

We are the authorized delivery entity for the Myers-Briggs MBTI® certification and the exclusive authorized certifier of MBTI® in Egypt, and we deliver Talogy BPS certified assessor programs. We also run team building, executive and stress-management retreats alongside our gamified corporate training.
