Heart to Heart Consulting is a management, HR and human development consultancy. We deliver strategic business planning, talent assessment and assessment centers, leadership development and executive coaching, organizational culture transformation, organizational design, total rewards systems, gamified corporate training, career management and personal branding. We have worked with organizations for 23+ years and assessed more than 60,000 candidates.

Yes. Alongside Egypt we serve organizations across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Algeria, Iraq, Libya and the wider GCC and MENA region. Engagements are delivered on your premises, fully online, or as a hybrid of both, and we work in English, Arabic and French.

We are the authorized delivery entity for the Myers-Briggs MBTI® certification and the exclusive authorized certifier of MBTI® in Egypt, and we deliver Talogy BPS certified assessor programs. We also run team building, executive and stress-management retreats alongside our gamified corporate training.
